Jantze Studios brings Zits comic strip to life
Jantze Studios with Zits Partnership, creators of the nationally syndicated comic strip "Zits", developed three HD animation tests. The production explored how to bring Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman’s strip to life for purposes of supporting sales and marketing efforts of books, online and new media content.

Since 2006, Jantze Studios has developed a model for daily comic strip "episodes," 15 to 30 seconds in length, in the form of animated or motion graphic shorts to jump from the comic strip medium into new media markets.

JANTZE STUDIOS partners with businesses to develop new media projects including webisodes, shorts, features, frequently asked questions (FAQ’s), games, print collateral, delivered across multiple platforms and to a variety of end user devices. Each project allows both the business and Jantze studios to explore the new media frontier with a bottom line on effectiveness and fiscal responsibility. The end result is Brand Narrative, a product that creates a non-direct, positive association with the brand’s identity through humor and adventure, character and story.
